Shipping Policy

Processing time

Loomvexa products may be made-to-order. Production and order processing typically take approximately 4–5 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. Orders placed late Friday, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping time

After production, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination, carrier capacity, weather, customs, and other external factors. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Shipping fees

  • Standard U.S. shipping: $4.95
  • Standard international shipping: $6.95
  • Free shipping: orders over $79, when the promotion is active and shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number when available. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear, and carriers may scan packages only on business days.

Separate packages

If you order multiple items, they may be produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, including street number/name, apartment or unit number, city, state/province, postal code, country, phone number, and any delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, or loss of package.

Failed deliveries and refused packages

Once tracking shows an item as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, missed delivery attempts, unavailable recipient, or carrier disposal of an undeliverable package.

External delivery factors

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs clearance, flight schedules, weather, carrier delays, holiday volume, and local delivery conditions may affect the actual delivery date.
